I received a review copy of the book Death is But a Dream by Dr Christopher Kerr in exchange for an honest review.

If I had to describe this book in one word, I'd say: beautiful!

Dr. Christopher Kerr, a hospice doctor, learned about a very peculiar experience that people who are about to pass over go through.

It all started when one of the veteran nurses of the hospice predicted the death of a patient when she heard about what the patient was dreaming about.

Of course, as you'd expect anyone to respond, Dr Kerr was initially dismissive about what she said about the patient, only to later find out for himself that she was indeed correct.

4 Habits That Are Killing Your Dreams

4 Habits That Are Killing Your Dreams

Our habits play an important role in determining most of the things in our life. If you are not where you want to be, it's quite likely that one of your habits is responsible for it.

Our success, our failure; everything depends on our habits. Good habits will bring constructive changes, while the bad ones will keep you stuck in one place and will not let you move ahead in your life.

With time, bad habits become an integral part of us, which then becomes difficult to get rid of. So, in order to move ahead in life you need to break these chains of bad habits, and to break them, you need to realize what are your bad habits that are ruining your dreams.

Not sure what's keeping you stuck? Well, here are the 4 most common dream-killers.

A few months back I received an ebook and was asked if I would be interested in giving my honest review on it. As soon as I read the book title I knew I had to read it!

This book came my way at the right time because I was looking for a good book on mental/emotional trauma. The subject of trauma has always intrigued me and I wanted to learn more about it.

After reading this book, I must say I really enjoyed this book! It really does justice to the book title.

6 Simple Resolutions for This New Year

new year resolutions

Here we are, once again-- making all the resolutions and hoping for the best.

I hope this year was great for you. Speaking for myself, it was a bit bumpy for me but I'm taking away some important life lessons from this year to the next. I know that counts as a good thing, and so I won't call this year a total bummer. What I learned this year is going to help me make the coming year better, and I'm really looking forward to it!

I'm sure you've decided on some of your resolutions that you're going to make (or already started with... Jeez I'm late to the party!). I've decided that this year my resolutions are going to be really basic. You know, sometimes it's better to go back to basics, and that's exactly what I'm doing this year. I want to bring about some basic changes in my habits.

This year I've decided my resolutions to be more health-focused, but not just physical but also mental health. I'm dedicating this year to PEACE. That's my theme for this year. So, if you've not thought of any resolutions or if you want to include some peace in your life then you can include some of my resolutions into yours. And trust me, if you are millennial, you need it!
